The packer and mover are responsible for the following: Packing your items securely and safely using appropriate materials and equipment. Loading and unloading your items carefully and efficiently using suitable tools and techniques. Transporting your items safely and timely using a reliable and insured vehicle. Unpacking and rearranging your items at the destination location as per your instructions. Providing you with a bill, receipt, or invoice for the services rendered. Handling any damages, losses, or claims that may arise during the move as per the agreed terms and conditions.

The rate for packing and moving depends on various factors, such as the distance, the volume and weight of the items, the packing materials, the mode of transportation, the labor charges, and the taxes and tolls. We provide you with a free estimate based on these factors after inspecting your items and understanding your requirements.
Yes, we provide insurance for the items that we pack and move. We offer two types of insurance

  • transit insurance and comprehensive insurance. Transit insurance covers the damage or loss of items due to accidents, fire, theft, or natural calamities during transportation.

  • Comprehensive insurance covers the damage or loss of the items for any reason from the time of packing to the time of delivery.
If you notice any damage or loss of your items at the time of delivery, you should inform us immediately and fill out a claim form. You should also provide proof of the damage or loss, such as photographs, bills, or receipts. We will process your claim as soon as possible and compensate you according to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
You can cancel or reschedule your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled date of the move. You can contact us to inform us about your decision. We will cancel or reschedule your booking without any charges. However, suppose you cancel or reschedule your booking less than 48 hours before the move. In that case, you may have to pay a cancellation or rescheduling fee as per the terms and conditions.
